Dear Industry Stakeholders
The Service Management Office (SMO) of the Health Products Regulation Group (HPRG), Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has been working on an initiative to consolidate the different enquiry forms required by various branches for product enquiries. A pilot run was successfully carried out with selected industry stakeholders and valuable feedback was gathered. We are pleased to officially launch our consolidated product enquiry form for health products.
With effect from May 2011, all the different product classification enquiry forms used by various branches under HPRG have been replaced by a single consolidated health product enquiry form. Instead of contacting the different branches, we have established a single point of email contact for the submission of these product enquiry forms.
